Formerly known as the Simply Peppermint that had no name… SPthNN would like to make a little announcement!

SPthNN: I have a name! My name is Tertiary Jane. That’s Tert-eeeee-air-eeeeee Jane.

[Side Note: It's tertiary for the tertiary protein structure/folding and tertiary for tertiary functional group on a carbon in organic chemistry, not for the time period or anything else. And Jane because it just... clicked when I said it out loud and looked at her. I honesty expected her to end up with a really cutesy girly name because of her hair colour and the fact that she came out of a box with a cute little sleeveless black shirt and an adorable bubble skirt with polka dots and those fabulous squishy black boots. I expected her to be a girly girl and get along awesomely with Sophie, who is the resident girly girl as of this moment. Instead, she's a bit more like Belarus, but with less of the attitude. Tertiary Jane is totally my little geek girl.]

First, the new outfits!
New outfit pics

Sophie is wearing a pink kimono, with a French maid outfit next to her as well as her own school uniform. (Clothing came from Daiso,  Elly-Chan doll brand.)

New outfit pics

Belarus is wearing a blue kimono, with a Elly-Chan brand red and white checked dress. The yellow tee and the black and white checked playsuit are from Re-ment.

We're a three-dolly family now?
Poor girls are so used to being a two-dolly family that they were a little confused to the arrival of Simply Peppermint (name undecided right now).

Sizing up the competition...
SP: Why are you all so weird…
B: Why are you so green?
S: Lookit how tall I am!

Inner thoughts
SP: Of all the households I end up in, I get the crazy kid with the silver hair and the one with the attitude…

Erm...
Me: Erm… What do you think you girls are doing?
S: Nothing!
B: Yup, nothing!
Me: You’ve been looking through my contacts and saw irulethegalaxy‘s photos of Blythes tormenting boxed girls, haven’t you?
S: Damn it.
Me: Sophie!
S: It was Rusy’s idea. Had to show the New Girl what she was in for, you know?

So glad to be wearing a kimono...
B: I’m so glad to be wearing a kimono…
S: Why?
B: Or else I think she could be looking up at our undies!

This is Sophie here! Remember me? I’m the one that has wonderful fashion sense? Long silvery hair? *notes spark of recognition* Yup, that’s me!

Anyways, Michelle’s been super busy lately. She’s in school (don’t know why, I never went to a day of formal schooling and I turned out just fine, right?) and so she has a lot of “excuses” as to why she can’t take photos of me (and Belarus, I suppose). Like she’s got a lot of papers to write that are worth a “shitload of marks” and she’s got midtems (that are worth even more marks!) and she’s got finals to start studying for. Michelle is such a nerd sometimes. Ugh.

That being said… She had her birthday recently, which was cool. She’s like ancient compared to me and Belarus. Honestly, she’s 20 years old. She’s only about 17 years younger than the original Kenner Blythes! But that being said, she had a pretty awesome friend. One of her friends went and bought me (and Belarus, since I do have to share sometimes…) some awesome Re-ment clothing (a screenprinted yellow tee and checkered overalls that look so adorable), a thrifted baby blue Vespa (Mattel – Barbie sized) and some really awesomely cute Re-ment accessories (hair combs, some makeup). So it was like our birthdays too, not just hers!

I wish I could sneak some photos of some wonderful new clothes that me and Belarus got lately. Michelle was really nice to us and got us some new outfits to wear! She says that she got them at a Japanese store that was in a Chinese-centric mall. Whatever that means. All I know is that we got new outfits and that she didn’t start complaining about how much it cost, so it must have been a pretty good deal!

We each got our very own kimonos (I got the pink one while Rusy got the blue one). I also got my own school uniform (Belarus got hers before mine, it was so unfair!), and we got some clothes that we ‘have to share’. One’s really a outfit for next Halloween (it’s a French maid outfit!) and the other is a sundress that I’m not too much of a fan of – I much prefer my Enchanted Petal stock dress compared to the sundress, but Rusy seems to like it so I guess she can have that one. But with these new outfits that Michelle bought us, we also got five new pairs of shoesies! Luckily Rusy and I wear the same size, so we can share our shoes (I’m not a huge fan of sharing shoes, but do you know how disgusting Rusy’s feet can get if she doesn’t have footwear on?). We got 2 pairs of flipflops, 2 pairs of high heels (one in black, which is so awesome, and the other in white, which is almost equally as awesome) and one pair of black school shoes (for me! since Belarus already has her own pair).

Once Michelle gets un-busy, I’m going to make her take some photos of Belarus and myself modeling our new outfits, and maybe even some action shots of the new Vespa out on the road!

Whoops, I think I hear someone coming! Shhh, don’t let Michelle know that I was blogging!

xoxo,
Sophie
