I recently (on April 13th) hit 50 days on my 365 project, this was the photo:

Also, on Plastic Paradise (Blythe doll forums), there was an Easter Egg hunt! As one of the people who found an egg, I was paired up with a sponsor and I got to pick out a little prize:

The dress is really awesome and very well done. It closes in the back with thin doll velcro (not the same stuff you find on shoes – the ‘hook’ strip is very thin and doesn’t catch on doll hair). This dress came from Christine of Kookanoid! You can check out her Etsy shop and the Flickr group of all her dolly fashion creations!

Bennett: The weather’s been kind of crap lately, so I thought you could use an umbrella.

Kindred: I like what I see, I look fantabulous.

From the top, going in a clockwise direction: Sophie (Cappuccino Chat), Eden (Punkaholic People), Tertiary Jane (Simply Peppermint), Bennett (Margaret Meets Ladybug), Kindred (Velvet Minuet) and Belarus (Love Mission).

And this is Kindred. She is a stock Velvet Minuet. I bought her used, but she’s in fabulous condition and came with pretty much all of her stock! She’s my first SBL (one of the mold types for the heads) and is going to be my only SBL Blythe.

I got mail today in the Spring-Themed Handmade Blythe Swap that I took part in. It didn’t take long for the girls to get into their new clothes (and for one, a new shoe). The awesome dresses came from battywing.

Sophie is looking lovely in a green-and-pink combo dress, along with some fabulously bright green heels. (This was also today’s 365 photo! We’re currently at 17/365.)

Bennett is wearing a beautifully crocheted dress that matches her blue eyechips wonderfully!
